Services & Package Pricing

All wedding & event packages include wedding rehearsal, day-of coordination, and a free one-time consultation. If your wedding is outside of the Hampton Roads or Richmond area, a custom travel fee will be added. Non-summer outdoor weddings may have an additional upcharge. 

 

Pricing Strategy
I pride myself on providing high-quality services that deliver exceptional results, which is reflected in my pricing. To aid in transparency in my pricing strategy, all packages are based on a rate of $70/hour and the average hours it takes to execute each level of service. If these packages are out of budget, I completely understand. I won't be the right fit for everyone. Not everyone needs a coordinator or planner, but if you do, rest assured that I will do everything in my ability to ensure you enjoy your wedding day!


Pick My Planner Brain

$75/Hr

Do you want to spend some time picking my brain or getting my opinions? You can do that! I get lots of requests for help from folks who don't book me to plan or coordinate their weddings because they can't afford a wedding package or who don't live nearby but would like to spend some time with me to consult on their wedding plans, do a timeline review, brainstorm ideas, and take advantage of my expertise, and I am happy to spend that time with you.

Magical Memories 

Starting at $950

This day-of coordination/wedding management package is designed especially for the couple who has chosen and reserved their venue, all of their suppliers, the decor, and all other essential arrangements. They require a person to ensure that all the small details are handled while they enjoy their special day. We will be present to ensure that everything proceeds without a hitch. Your particular day will be enjoyed as a result.

Perfect Moment 

Starting at $1500

Have you begun to plan but found it to be a little too much to handle? This package is intended for couples that have begun the planning process, have made some decisions, and have selected certain details, but need assistance putting everything together. We will continue where you left off and collaborate to create the perfect big day for you!

The Little Things 

Starting at $2500

Are you finding it too difficult or time-consuming to plan your special day? You only need to think about picking a date for your wedding because this is our all-inclusive premium wedding package! This package is intended for busy couples who want to have their ideal wedding but may not have the time to plan and carry out their vision while juggling their hectic schedules. You may choose how much involvement you want in the planning process because we will be there for you every step of the way with this package.

Magical Memories 

Lead Planner and Event Stylist Team

 An Initial Planning Meeting (Up to 1 hour)

 A Wedding Day Timeline Meeting – (Up to 1 hour)

 A Final Walk-Through Meeting - A final and completed timeline and other planning details are finalized, scheduled the week of your wedding day.  (Up to 2 hours)

 3 Meetings done in-person, phone, or by video conferencing (zoom).

 E-mail communications as needed.

 Preparation of wedding day schedules for your vendors.

 Confirmation of arrangements and arrival times with all vendors.

 Assistance with event styling and installation of décor items with family.

 Distribution of final tips and payments as needed.

 Use of Wedding Emergency Kit

 Coordination of your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and end of the night packing up and clean-up of décor items with Assigned Family Members/Crew (Up to 5 hours)

Hotel room blocks and letter arrangement 

5 In person or zoom meetings

 Coordination of your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and end of the night packing up and clean-up of décor items with Assigned Family Members/Crew (Up to 7 hours)
